Media Library Improvements, Bulk Scheduling, and New Q3 Features

Media Library Improvements

  • Drag & Drop Folders: Organize media in folders that make sense for your workflow
  • Better Organization: Drop-down that's better organized, rather than hover interactions

Bulk Scheduling

Select a variety of media in the Library, then:

  • Select Actions > Bulk Schedule
  • Choose profiles you want and post frequency
  • Generate AI Captions, then you can edit copy as you wish
  • Schedule directly to the calendar

New Q3 Features

Select Collaborators

  • Tag up to three collaborators on Instagram posts
  • Video frame or upload a cover thumbnail

fEMV (Franchisee Earned Media Value)

  • Set platform CPM values manually by social platform at the Hub level
  • This gives visibility into the value of organic social posts
  • Gets added to homepage analytics
  • Shows $ amount of earned media value
  • You can click in and drill down to these values across social platforms

Top Content Library / Content Insights

  • See an overview of all workspaces
  • Hub owners can now evaluate the content cost of each location
  • Can filter by content type as well (video, image, etc.)
  • Hub owners can see fEMV per post, per location

Location Table

  • Dormant Locations: Making a location dormant takes it out of the main workspace list and analytics calculations
    • Set these locations aside so Hub owners still have access without skewing analytics
  • Hub owners can still manage location details and hours
  • Import and export locations with spreadsheet uploads
  • Add custom location data in the Custom Location Fields

Blogging

  • Franchisors can upload guidelines and add blog guidelines
    • Topics, keywords, guidelines, and links to use
  • Generate With AI: Helps you build a prompt
    • Start with a pre-loaded idea, or write a new prompt
    • Generate an idea
  • Takes your prompt or blog idea, pulls from your brand, and does research
    • Generates roughly a 2,000-word blog
    • Use dynamic content variables if you'd like
    • Use specific content too, if applicable
  • Edit blog content
  • Review its SEO settings
  • Export the blog for your CMS (copy and paste for all content and metadata)
  • Blog posts get stored under Published and Draft Posts

Brand Kit Updates

  • PDF Uploads: Franchisors can upload existing PDF brand kits to keep them easily accessible to franchisees
  • Custom Fonts: Upload custom brand fonts and use them in Templates and Designs throughout the app
