Google Reviews dashboard, Google Ads Playbooks, and questions-only opt-ins

This release expands Flamel beyond Meta with two major additions: a unified Google Reviews dashboard and Google Ads Playbooks.

Google Reviews: One Dashboard for Every Location

Manage Google Reviews across all of your locations from a single dashboard, with AI doing the heavy lifting.

What's new:

  • AI-suggested, on-brand replies with automatic sentiment analysis
  • Customizable auto-reply rules with escalation when a review needs a human
  • Semantic search to find reviews by theme ("slow service," "amazing staff")
  • Weekly digest emails showing how each location is trending
  • Reply templates to keep every response consistent and on-brand

Where to find it: Google Reviews, under the Google solutions area.

Meta is no longer the only channel you can scale from a Playbook. You can now build and launch Google Ads campaigns the same way: build once at the hub, then let each location opt in.

What's new:

  • Create full campaigns with geo-targeting and audience selection
  • Automatic media validation so assets meet Google's specs before launch
  • Preview campaigns before they go live
  • Franchisees opt in and launch localized Google Ads in one click

Where to find it: Playbooks, when you create a Google Ads playbook.

Smarter Playbook Operations

A few behind-the-scenes upgrades make Meta deployments smoother too:

  • Launch times auto-adjust, so a playbook never fails because its start time slipped into the past
  • Bulk delete and retry make cleaning up deployments easier
  • Questions-only opt-ins let franchisees respond without uploading a budget or media, which is ideal for soft launches and gauging interest
