Full Google Business Profile editing, creative cloning, Reviews Intelligence, and a Command Center analytics overhaul

This release puts your Google Business Profile fully under Flamel's control, turns reviews into an intelligence tool, and rebuilds Command Center analytics.

Full Google Business Profile Editing

Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a customer sees before they ever visit. You can now edit every meaningful field, including service listings, hours, delivery and takeout options, and service areas, directly from Flamel. Hub-level locking is optional, so franchisees cannot accidentally drift off-brand.

Every location's profile and reviews now live on one platform, with full control for the franchisor and AI assistance for each location.

Clone Creative That's Already Working

Rebuilding creative from scratch for every campaign variant is one of the biggest time sinks at scale. Corporate and hub teams can now clone top-performing images, videos, and ad copy into new ad sets instantly, instead of rebuilding by hand.

Reviews Intelligence

Flamel automatically identifies the themes, topics, and sentiment showing up across your locations' reviews, then surfaces them in a weekly digest with location-level rankings and trend tracking. Escalation alerts notify the right people when something needs attention, before it becomes a pattern.

NPS Gets Serious

  • Fully brand your survey page with your logo, colors, and background, so customers see your brand and not a generic form
  • Analytics now include a running score trend, a breakdown of detractors, passives, and promoters, and AI summaries of open-ended feedback
  • Every workspace can see how it ranks against the rest of the system, which is the kind of visibility that drives behavior

Command Center Analytics, Rebuilt

Hub teams now get ten KPI cards covering spend, impressions, reach, clicks, cost per result, and more, broken out by location and by day with full date-range filtering. Ad-level analytics let you drill from a campaign down to a single ad and see demographic, device, platform, and regional breakdowns of who it reached and how it performed.

A new bulk budget update tool also lets hub admins update subscription baselines for many locations in a single upload, instead of one at a time.
