Per-audience CTAs, ad scheduling, Advantage+ creative control, and NPS surveys
This release gives you finer control over Meta and Google ads and adds a full customer-satisfaction survey system.
Per-Audience Call-to-Action URLs
Within a single campaign, you can now set a different destination URL or lead form for each audience type. Each audience tab keeps its own call-to-action, and deployments resolve the right link automatically when ads launch.
This is especially useful for campaigns that mix lead-generation audiences, website-conversion audiences, and location-specific landing pages.
Payment Pre-Flight Checks
Before a playbook launches, Flamel now verifies that the connected Meta ad account has a valid payment method. If there is a billing issue, deployment is blocked, a clear message explains what to fix, and the location can retry once it is resolved. Campaigns no longer fail silently after launch.
Keep Your Creative Exactly as Designed
Meta's Advantage+ automation sometimes rewrites your creative on its own. Hub admins can now turn that behavior off globally, so ads stay exactly as designed across every playbook deployment.
Ad Scheduling and Budget Control
- Schedule ads to run on specific days and hours using a visual day-and-hour grid, for example lunch promos from 11am to 2pm, or paused overnight
- Schedule and adjust campaign budgets in bulk across campaigns, giving hub teams more control over spend pacing
New: NPS Surveys
A Net Promoter Score survey measures how likely customers are to recommend your business, giving you a simple, reliable read on loyalty. Flamel now includes a full NPS system.
- Create surveys with shareable links
- Collect responses with no login required
- Track score trends and response analytics
- Filter feedback and identify where to improve
Where to find it: NPS Surveys in the solutions menu.
