Google Ads works for brands whose accounts sit under a manager account, and Google Ads launches finish completely

This release makes Google Ads work for brands whose ad accounts sit under a manager account. It also makes Google Ads launches finish completely.

Many brands keep each location's Google Ads account as a client under one brand manager account.

What's new:

  • Google Ads analytics sync for a workspace whose ad account is a client of a brand manager account.
  • Campaign, ad group, and ad numbers arrive for these accounts.
  • Campaign names, budgets, and status stay current in Flamel.
  • Budget and status changes you make from the ads dashboard reach Google.
  • Accounts that connect directly work exactly as before.

Where to find it: Google Ads > Analytics.

A Google Ads launch sends several ad groups to Google at once.

What's new:

  • Every ad in the campaign lands, even when several ad groups go out together.
  • A launch that only partly completes reads as partly deployed, so you can retry it.
  • A launch that fails for a reason that cannot correct itself, such as a bad landing page address, tells you on the first attempt.
  • A workspace that connected its own Google Ads account can launch a playbook.

Where to find it: Google Ads > Playbooks.

Smaller Fixes

  • Opt-In start dates begin on the day you pick, in the ad account timezone.
  • Workspace Variables custom fields accept an image, and the preview keeps the original shape.
  • Google Reviews analytics gained group comparison cards, so you can compare Workspace Groups side by side.
  • Instagram analytics stay current on busy accounts.
  • Copying a lead form to many workspaces succeeds even when a workspace already has that form.
  • Paid analytics, ad dashboards, playbook management, and alt text generation load faster.
  • A page that fails to load right after a new release recovers on its own.

This release was about Google Ads: getting your numbers to load, and getting your launches to finish.
