Recruitment Playbooks turn your open CareerPlug jobs into Meta ads, with a clearer per-run budget view
This release adds Recruitment Playbooks, which advertise your open jobs on Meta. It also rebuilds how a playbook reports the budget for each run.
Recruitment Playbooks: Advertise Your Open Jobs on Meta
A location that wanted to advertise an open role built the ad by hand and kept the job details current. Recruitment Playbooks do that work from your CareerPlug job feed instead.
Rolling out gradually
Recruitment Playbooks and the CareerPlug Job Feed appear only for hubs whose CareerPlug companies are mapped to their workspaces. Ask your Flamel contact to connect your feed.
What's new:
- The new CareerPlug Job Feed page lists your open jobs, with search by job title and filters for workspace, job type, and category.
- A job that closes in CareerPlug closes in Flamel, and reopens if the role returns.
- A hub builds a Recruitment Playbook the same way it builds any Meta playbook. Each workspace picks which open job its ads promote at opt-in.
- Ad copy pulls details from the posting: Job Title, Job Company, Job City, Job State, Job Salary, Job Type, and Job Application URL. A workspace can type a value for any field the posting left empty.
- Flamel locks the selected job to that run, so a later feed update does not change an ad a location already launched.
- Flamel applies Meta's employment advertising rules before the ads go out: the employment special ad category, ages 18 to 65, all genders, no detailed interest targeting, and a minimum radius. If a targeting set cannot meet the rules, the launch stops and names what to fix.
- A playbook cannot change between standard and recruitment after it leaves draft, or after any workspace opts in. Copy the playbook instead.
Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Playbooks > New Recruitment Playbook, and CareerPlug Job Feed in the left sidebar.
One Number Per Run
A location can run the same evergreen playbook several times. The playbook page used to blend those runs together.
What's new:
- The Budget card leads with the selected run and its dates, then shows the opt-in amount, the ad spend, and the total due.
- Below it, a receipt lists every run as its own line, then ad spend, then the hub fee, then the total.
- Every playbook surface names the same amount for a run: the opt-in list, the dashboard widget, the running indicator, and the run history.
- A hub admin working inside a workspace sees that workspace's own runs on a playbook page.
Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Playbooks, then open any playbook and read the Budget card.
One Consistent Layout Across Flamel
Flamel's navigation grew page by page, so scrolling and page edges differed from one screen to the next.
What's new:
- Page content scrolls behind one navigation bar on every screen. Page edges, scroll position, and bar height are the same everywhere.
- On phones, Flamel keeps content clear of the notch and the home indicator.
- A hub with a single solution opens that solution directly instead of showing a picker.
- Your notifications, Media Library, templates, and search results follow the context you are in.
- Workspace members can create, edit, and delete their own workspace templates and content pillars. Guests stay read-only, and hub content stays read-only from a workspace.
Where to find it: across every page in Flamel, and the Permissions tab on your Hub page.
Smaller Fixes
- The paid Spend Overview loads faster.
- Command Group views in Paid Analytics show CPM, CPC, CTR, and Frequency. ROAS is now a spend-weighted average across workspaces, so it reads lower than it did before.
- The Running amount badge on an opt-in row names who last changed a live budget when you hover it.
- A bulk pause marks a run paused only after the ad platform confirms the pause.
- Scheduling a post with an invalid media combination tells you right away.
- The analytics sync banner reads "completed with issues" when a workspace fails, and names each platform and its reason.
This release was about advertising your open jobs as easily as your promotions.
