Repair lapsed Meta connections in place, paid results labeled by what your ads optimize for, and monthly opt-ins that follow your calendar
This release tells you which social connections work, and makes your paid results say what they mean.
Connection Health on Your Hub
A Facebook Page or Instagram connection can lapse quietly. You find out later, when posts stop going out.
What's new:
- Flamel checks every Facebook Page and Instagram account on your hub when a hub admin opens Connected Accounts.
- Each card shows its status.
- Press Fix automatically to repair a lapsed connection without disconnecting the account.
Where to find it: Connected Accounts.
Paid Results That Say What They Mean
Meta labels every outcome as a Result, but the label did not always match what your ads optimize for.
What's new:
- Results carry the label of the goal your ad set optimizes for. Landing page views read as "Page Views".
- The sync time shown is the oldest account in the set.
- The All Campaigns view opens on large hubs.
- Paid, billing, and post screens load faster.
Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Analytics, and Paid Social Ads > Command Center.
Ad Reporting Catches Up on Its Own
What's new:
- An ad account that falls behind on reporting catches up on its own.
- An ad account whose connection has ended is flagged with a sync error. Reconnect it from Connected Accounts.
Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Analytics, and the Accounts tab in your Media Library.
Monthly Opt-Ins Follow Your Calendar
A hub on a monthly cadence could not opt in for the new month while the current run overlapped it.
What's new:
- A monthly re-opt-in works even when the current run overlaps. Flamel updates the same campaign with your newest details.
- A run you schedule for a future period uses that campaign when it starts.
- The opt-in window tells you when a new run updates the existing campaign instead of launching a second one.
- Opt-in status badges update without a page refresh.
- The playbook builder describes what Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad each control.
Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Playbooks.
Smaller Fixes
- Removing an evergreen opt-in also pauses its campaign.
- An evergreen renewal that reuses a lifetime budget records the added amount and extends the run dates.
- The Giphy and Pexels pickers keep the search box in place while results scroll.
- Video uploads complete reliably, and media no longer sticks on Processing.
- Results breakdowns count only the workspaces you can see.
This release was about trusting what your paid screens say.
