One page for every workspace opt-in, reminder emails from Collections, and Command Center alerts for ads Meta stopped
This release gives hub admins one place to see every opt-in, and a way to remind the locations that have not joined.
See Every Opt-In in One Place
Opt-ins used to live inside each playbook, so you opened one playbook at a time to learn who joined.
What's new:
- The Opt-Ins page lists every opt-in across every playbook, newest first. Each row shows the workspace, the playbook, the budget, and the status.
- Search the list, or filter it by status and by workspace.
- Each row opens that workspace's opt-in for review.
- Choose which hub admins get an email when a new opt-in arrives.
Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Playbooks > Opt-Ins. Google Ads playbooks have the same page.
Remind the Locations Who Have Not Joined
What's new:
- From a Collection, email only the locations that have not opted in to any playbook in that campaign.
- Write your own message. Insert the collection name, the playbook count, the location name, and your name.
- Save the message as the default for next time.
- Review the recipient list and remove any location before you send.
Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Playbooks > Collections.
Command Center Flags the Ads Meta Stopped
An ad can look fine in Flamel and still deliver nothing, because Meta flagged it.
What's new:
- A banner lists the ads Meta flagged, grouped by workspace.
- Each row says what is wrong. A payment problem links to your billing settings. Everything else opens the campaign in Ads Manager.
- Press View to filter Command Center to that workspace.
- A flagged campaign reads With Issues and explains why delivery stopped.
Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Command Center.
Deploys and Scheduled Posts That Finish
What's new:
- Opt-ins on brands with hundreds of locations deploy without stalling.
- Large videos finish processing, so a video playbook deploys the first time.
- A failed deploy links to the exact problem.
- An evergreen playbook builds a new campaign when you deleted or archived the old one in Meta.
- Scheduled posts go out on time during busy publishing hours.
Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Playbooks > Opt-Ins, and the Content Calendar.
Smaller Fixes
- Delete a published Instagram post from inside Flamel.
- Bulk scheduling from the Media Library sets the post type for each item, so one batch can mix reels, stories, and posts.
- Custom Variables accept a name that starts with a number, and each variable can carry a description.
- A custom variable value that breaks a rule names the field and the reason.
- Meta Pixel settings link into Meta.
- Hub Connected Accounts, media details, hub billing, and templates load faster.
This release was about a clear view of who has opted in, and work that finishes.
