Evergreen reruns that push changes to Meta, a faster Google Ads experience, and per-playbook media review
This release adds more control and fewer surprises across playbooks and the opt-in flow.
Evergreen Playbooks Run Exactly as Configured
Evergreen playbooks stay open indefinitely, so a location can opt in, run a campaign, and opt back in to run it again. Now every rerun deploys on schedule, and any budget or schedule changes made on the new run push to Meta automatically. Franchisees can raise spend going into a busy season or scale back during a slow stretch, and trust that Meta reflects it on the next run without anyone touching Ads Manager.
Google Ads: Sharper and Faster
- Deploy Immediately works exactly as it sounds
- Retries are safe, so a failed attempt will not create duplicate or conflicting campaigns
- Calls-to-action use approved values, so your ads stay compliant without extra review
- Time spent in the keyword and headline editor is noticeably shorter
Media Review: Your Call
Before an ad goes live, someone needs to approve its images, video, and copy. Hub admins can now decide how that approval works for each playbook: sign off on everything centrally, or let individual locations approve their own. Set it once per playbook and the platform follows your lead.
A Cleaner Opt-In Experience
- Clearer billing language, so a location knows exactly what it is signing up for
- Fewer clicks to get through the flow
- Dormant workspaces are removed from Ad Configuration and Location Groups, so your active teams are not scrolling past locations that are not running anything
