Variant precision controls, Google Business Profile in the content editor, rebuilt boosted posts, and hub media sharing
Hub admins got more control this release, and franchisees got fewer things in their way.
Playbook Variants, Now With Precision Controls
- Turn off specific ad sets per variant to run a different audience mix without cloning a whole campaign; budgets automatically remap to whatever is still on
- "X audiences" badges on ad set cards show at a glance which ones are variant-customized
- The "Get Offer" call-to-action is now available everywhere (dynamic, manual, and variant ads)
- New ad set schedules default to 5am to 11pm, seven days a week, instead of a 9-to-5 weekday window
- Copying a campaign now preserves its variant overrides, and converts dynamic ads to manual when the objective does not support them, so you are never left with a broken config
Google Business Profile in Your Content Editor
Scheduling a GBP post used to mean leaving your content calendar. Now GBP lives in the organic post editor next to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok, with the same scheduling, account selector, and preview pane.
- Create Update, Event, and Offer posts, with full support for event dates, offer coupons, redemption URLs, and terms
- Upload photos and videos directly to a location's profile
- Add a call-to-action button with the URL of your choice
- See a live GBP preview while you write
- Schedule one post to multiple GBP locations in a single click
Boosted Post Opt-Ins, Rebuilt
Boosted Post playbooks let a hub publish one ad template that each location uses to boost its own organic posts. The whole flow was rebuilt:
- Real-time post selection that pulls directly from Meta, so a post you just published shows up immediately
- Workspace-level ad copy overrides for primary text, headline, website URL, CTA button, and UTM parameters
- Real Facebook and Instagram previews, so you know exactly what the ad will look like before you boost it
Hub Media Sharing: Every Location's Library in One View
Turn on Media Sharing in Hub Settings and a Workspace Media folder appears in your hub library, with each bound location as a subfolder. Browse, upload, edit, and reorganize. Nothing is copied or duplicated; you are looking at each location's real library through a hub lens. Upload a file into a location's subfolder and it lands in that location's library automatically, ready for their next post.
