Template Studio turns a PDF into a personalizable template, your listings come into Flamel, and Luna starts working on a schedule
This release turns your existing brand assets into templates every location can personalize, brings your digital listings into Flamel, and begins rolling out the biggest step Luna has taken yet: doing recurring work on a schedule.
Template Studio: Turn a PDF Into a Personalizable Template
Corporate sends down a beautifully designed one-page flyer as a PDF, and every location needs their own version. Today that means rebuilding the file by hand for each location. Template Studio solves that.
What's new:
- Upload a designed PDF once and Flamel reads the text out of it and detects the parts a location personalizes: name, phone, email, website, license number, and the spots where a photo or QR code should go.
- A side-by-side view highlights each detected field with a simple accept-or-reject list. Drag-select any text on the page to promote it into a field yourself.
- Export a personalized PDF per location with the text replaced in place, including correct handling of rotated or sideways-scanned pages.
- Save a reusable template any location can personalize in seconds instead of rebuilding from scratch.
Where to find it: Files > Template Studio.
Data Connectors: Your Listings, Inside Flamel
We started bringing your digital listings presence into Flamel directly, so it lives next to everything else you manage.
What's new:
- A hub admin connects the brand's listings account once, and every location's listing is mirrored into Flamel.
- Each listing is mapped to the workspace it belongs to through a searchable picker.
- Each workspace can see and manage its own connection from Connected Accounts, with controls scoped so a single location can never tear down the brand-wide connection.
Where to find it: Connected Accounts. This is phase one of a bigger investment in bringing reviews, listings, and ads into one place.
Luna Starts Working on a Schedule
For the last few releases Luna has gotten better at finding problems and taking action when you ask. Now she starts doing the recurring work on her own cadence, drafting it, and bringing it back to you to approve.
Rolling out gradually
Routines and the Action Center are rolling out in stages and are opt-in. They may not be enabled on your account yet. Off until you turn them on, and the cautious Routines only recommend, they never change anything on their own.
What's new:
- Routines let you hand Luna a standing job once and she runs it on a schedule you set: daily, weekly, monthly, or one time. Draft next week's social calendar, plan next month's ad playbooks within a budget you set, or run a daily account-health review.
- Every Routine runs inside limits you set: how many things it can act on in a run, and how much it can spend before it stops and asks. Anything past those limits comes back to you for a yes or no.
- The Action Center is the single queue where Luna surfaces what she has noticed and drafted: a failed deploy, an approval in limbo, a draft missing its media, next week's posts she wrote for you. You glance at the list and press play on the ones you want.
- One Routine on a hub fans out across every location under it, so the work per account goes down as the number of accounts goes up.
Where to find it: Luna.
Smaller Fixes
- Videos shot in HDR or wide color on newer phones no longer publish washed out or oversaturated. The optimizer now converts the color correctly, so what you upload is what publishes.
- Paid analytics gained a dedicated leads section, and fresh results now sync in right after a deploy instead of making you wait for the next cycle.
- Each location can receive its own weekly Google Reviews report by email, and hubs can fan those reports out across every workspace.
- A Google Business connection whose token had quietly lapsed is now treated as recoverable so reviews keep flowing.
- Another performance sweep sped up organization workspace lists, media, brand fonts, and billing previews.
We are rolling Routines and the Action Center out carefully, opt-in and on your terms, because the whole thing only works if you trust it.
