Build a playbook from an existing campaign, Playbook Collections, bulk lead forms, and Luna in Slack

This release is about closing the distance between a good idea and a live, localized campaign running across all of your locations. And Luna now meets you where you already work.

Build a Playbook From a Campaign You Already Trust

Some of your best playbook material is already running. Now there is a guided way to turn it into a reusable playbook. Click the new caret next to the Create Playbook button, pick a campaign from a searchable list, and Flamel shows a full preview of exactly how it will map into a playbook before anything is created. You see what carries over and what gets inherited, then Flamel runs an AI pass to polish the ad copy on the way in.

The copy icon on your Campaigns page now opens that same preview instead of copying blind, so you can look before you leap.

Your Shop, Finally Organized

When a hub has built up thirty or forty playbooks, the franchisee Shop turns into a wall of tiles. Playbook Collections fix that. Hub admins get a Collections Manager to group playbooks into curated, nestable collections, like a Spring Promotions collection with a sub-collection for each offer. Rename inline, nest sub-collections, move things around, and delete with a confirmation that tells you what will cascade.

Franchisees feel it immediately. The Shop now leads with collection tiles and keeps anything uncategorized below, so a location owner sees a curated storefront instead of a list. Manage Playbooks also picked up a collection filter and per-row badges, so you always know where a playbook lives.

Lead Forms, Out to Every Location at Once

If you run lead-generation ads, every location needs a Meta Instant Form, and building them one at a time does not scale to 50 or 500 locations. The Instant Forms flow is now built around bulk: build a form once in Meta, sync it into Flamel, then push it out across your workspaces through a single, clear setup path. Build it one time and every location gets it localized to their Facebook page.

Luna Is in Slack Now

The same assistant you talk to inside Flamel can now answer you right in your Slack workspace, against the same brain and the same context, so you can ask her a question between meetings without switching tabs.

Luna also got better at acting at scale. She can now update Meta ad configuration across many workspaces at once, turning a location-by-location slog into a single task.
