A new Paid Spend report, a Memories tab that resurfaces past posts, organic analytics that count only organic, and Workspace Group playbook availability

This release gives you one number for ad spend, brings past posts back into reach with Memories, and makes organic analytics count only organic content.

What's new:

  • The page shows Spent, Committed, Management Fee, and Total. Spent is real spend from Meta. Committed is what your running campaigns still plan to spend.
  • Group the report by day or by week. Each period gets its own column, with a management fee column beside it.
  • Open one workspace to see its per-playbook table, live campaign status, and any Meta campaigns running outside Flamel.
  • Export the report to CSV.
  • A hub user sees every workspace in the hub. A workspace user sees only their own location.

Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Analyze > Spend.

Memories, and Organic Numbers That Count Only Organic

Your best post from last summer sits far down a list nobody scrolls. Memories brings it back.

What's new:

  • A new Memories tab groups your past posts by year, so you can see what you published on this day in earlier years.
  • Surprise me gives you a fresh set of past posts each day, and the set stays put until the next day.
  • Press Repurpose on any memory to open a new organic draft with the caption already in place.
  • Organic totals, rankings, Top Content, digest emails, and Luna answers count organic posts only. Instagram ad-only media and unpublished Facebook posts stay out.
  • A boosted organic post still counts as organic.

Your organic numbers may look lower

Paid ad creative no longer counts toward organic totals. Where it was counted before, your numbers go down. Nothing was lost. The count is now correct.

Where to find it: Organic Social > Analytics > Content Insights.

Workspace Groups Can Drive Playbook Availability

A playbook's audience used to be a list of locations you picked by hand.

Rolling out gradually

Group-synced availability is in a pilot. It stays off until we enable it for your hub, and the picker keeps working as it does today until then.

What's new:

  • Pick a Workspace Group as a playbook's audience, and availability follows the group.
  • Add a location to the group, and it gains access to the playbook.
  • Remove a location from the group, and it loses access. Campaigns already running finish normally.
  • A location never gains a playbook through a group it does not belong to.
  • Hub-only playbooks stay hub-only.

Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Playbooks, in a playbook's availability picker.

Notification Controls

What's new:

  • Notification Settings lists only the categories your hub uses. Organic, Google Reviews, and Paid rows appear when the matching solution is on.
  • Email for a closed or paused location stops before it goes out. This covers invitations, approvals, review reports, and alerts.
  • A multi-location invitation skips locations that are no longer active.
  • The email settings screen names each recipient count, and hides inactive rows behind Show all.

Where to find it: the notification bell in the top bar, then Notification Settings.

Smaller Fixes

  • Opt-in start dates save and display on the day you pick.
  • Command Center opens playbook command groups.
  • A correctly funded ad account no longer shows a payment warning.
  • An evergreen opt-in waiting on hub review no longer blocks a second run on different dates.
  • Copying a Meta lead form across workspaces completes reliably.
  • Rename and move work on every folder you can see, including older folders with untidy names.

This release was about one trustworthy spend number, and organic totals that count only organic.
