Google Business Profiles managed across your whole fleet, digest email that arrives once per person, and Messenger ads that open with your own welcome message
This release puts every Google Business Profile under one hub-managed record and adds bulk changes across your fleet. It also gives each person one digest email instead of many.
Google Business Profile Management at Fleet Scale
Keeping hours, categories, services, and attributes correct across many locations meant opening each profile in Google, one at a time.
What's new:
- Each location has one profile record in Flamel: name, address, hours, special hours, categories, services, and attributes. Flamel writes your edits to Google and reports the result.
- A hub that connects Google directly sees its locations in the picker, and can connect them to every workspace at once.
- Field Locks keep chosen fields under brand control. A workspace sends a change request instead of editing, and a hub admin approves or rejects it in the Approval Queue.
- The Drift Queue lists every field someone changed directly in Google. Keep the change, revert it, or dismiss it.
- Bulk Changes applies one change across many locations. The preview shows which locations change, which already match, which are invalid, and which conflict.
- After a bulk run you see the outcome for each location. Retry the ones that failed, or undo the whole run.
- Schedule a bulk run for later, or schedule an automatic revert for the day a promotion ends.
- Analytics shows impressions, website clicks, calls, and direction requests, with a by-location breakdown.
Where to find it: Google Business Profile > Manage, for Profiles, Drift Queue, Approvals, and Field Locks. Bulk Changes opens from Profiles, and reports live under Analyze.
Email That Arrives Once
A person who works across five locations could receive five copies of the same weekly digest.
What's new:
- Post Idea Digest and Social Pulse Digest arrive as one message per person, per period. Each workspace you work in gets its own section inside that email.
- Hub admins choose which digests the hub sends.
- Workspace settings choose whether that workspace receives digests, and who receives them.
- Everyone controls their own mail from their Profile. Required account mail, such as invoices, invitations, password resets, and support replies, always sends.
- Email Operations shows hub admins every email type Flamel sends and who is scheduled to receive it. Approve, deny, or restore a recipient from the same panel.
- Digests skip dormant workspaces, disabled accounts, and people who opted out.
Where to find it: Profile > Email Notifications for your own mail. Notification Settings > Email Notifications for hub digests and Email Operations. Workspace Settings > Email Notifications for a single workspace.
Click-to-Messenger Message Templates
A Messenger ad is only as good as the conversation it opens. That welcome message used to live in Meta Business Suite.
What's new:
- Build the welcome message once at the hub: a greeting, conversation starters a customer can tap, and an optional website button.
- Use workspace variables in the text, so each location fills in its own name, city, phone number, or website.
- A live Messenger preview shows what a customer sees.
- Preview which workspaces receive the template, then apply. Each workspace gets its own copy that deploys with the messaging campaign.
- Choose a lead form already synced from Meta, per workspace.
Branching lead forms
Meta is phasing out branching lead form creation from outside tools. Build those forms in Meta Business Suite, then select the synced form here.
Where to find it: Paid Social Ads > Configuration > Meta > Manage > Build message templates.
ChatGPT Ads Targeting Per Workspace
ChatGPT Ads targeting lived on the hub playbook, so every location sent its clicks to the same page.
What's new:
- Target URL and custom audiences now live in ad configuration, with a hub default and a workspace override.
- Each location sends its clicks to its own page, and targets its own custom audiences.
- A location's own value wins over the hub default. When a location sets nothing, Flamel uses the hub default.
- Campaign names, ad group names, titles, body, price, and context hints accept variables, with a per-workspace preview.
Where to find it: ChatGPT Ads > Configuration.
Smaller Fixes
- A Meta ad that Meta blocks after launch reads as failed, in Meta's own wording.
- An ad connection that Google or Meta has permanently blocked shows an action required state.
- When you opt in again to an evergreen Meta playbook, you can reuse the existing campaign or start a fresh one.
- The Content Calendar Month, Week, and List views gained platform filters.
- Folders with untidy names can be dragged and moved in the Media Library and Files.
- Workspace members can open a read-only view of their hub without leaving their workspace.
- Paid analytics pages, ad previews, and file templates open faster.
- A change to someone's hub access takes effect immediately.
This release was about one correct profile for every location, and one email for every person.
