Personal Settings

Update your profile, timezone, notification preferences, password, 2FA, and display theme.

For everyone. Per-user settings — not workspace-wide. Each user manages their own.

Open via your profile picture in the top navigation, then select Profile.

Timezone

Your timezone controls what you see in the calendar and scheduling views. Each workspace's timezone controls when posts actually publish.

Hub broadcasts and workspace timezones

When Hub admins broadcast across workspaces, each workspace's timezone determines the actual publish time — your timezone only controls the display you see.

In-app

The bell icon in the top navigation shows real-time alerts and team activity as they happen.

Security

Password

Go to Profile, then Security, then Change Password. Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other services.

Two-factor authentication

Enable 2FA in the Security section for an extra layer of protection at login. Requires an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, or similar).

Lost access to your authenticator?

See Login issues for how to recover access when your 2FA device is unavailable.

Theme

Open your profile picture and select Theme:

DarkDark UI with light text
SystemMatches your device's current theme setting

Your preference is saved per user and syncs across devices.

Report a bug

Open your profile picture and select Report a Bug to open the bug form.

Good bug reports include:

  • What you were trying to do ("I was trying to publish a broadcast to Instagram")
  • What happened instead ("got a red error saying 'connection expired'")
  • Steps to reproduce ("opened editor, wrote caption, clicked Publish")
  • Screenshots if the issue is visual
  • Your browser and version (Chrome 120, Safari 17) — some bugs are browser-specific
