Email + SMS
Branded email and SMS campaigns built once, sent per location.
Coming soon
Email and SMS is in development. What follows describes the planned product.
Email and SMS will give every workspace its own audience while the Hub keeps templates, brand voice, and compliance footers consistent across the network. Promotional sends, newsletters, transactional alerts, and SMS reminders all live here.
How the work splits
The Hub builds and protects the brand assets. Each workspace owns its own audience, sends to its own list, and sees its own results.
As a Hub admin (franchisor / HQ), you set the standards the whole network sends within:
- Publish reusable, mobile-optimized email templates with drag-and-drop blocks.
- Define the brand voice so every send sounds like one brand.
- Lock in compliance footers (CAN-SPAM and TCPA) and opt-out handling so no location can send without them.
Templates and brand voice flow down to every workspace automatically.
As a workspace owner (franchisee / location), you reach your local customers:
- Manage your own subscriber list: import contacts, tag them, build segments, and handle unsubscribes.
- Send one-off campaigns (a promo, newsletter, or announcement) to a list or segment.
- Track your own delivery, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and spam reports.
Each workspace owns its audience and its analytics, and never sees another location's list.

Which channel to use
Pick the channel that fits the message.
Email vs SMS
Use email for newsletters, longer offers, and branded layouts. Use SMS for time-sensitive reminders, confirmations, and short promos. For welcome and lifecycle sequences, use both, typically email-led.
Current alternatives
Until Email and SMS launches, popular alternatives for franchise networks include:
- Mailchimp or SendGrid for marketing email
- Klaviyo if you have an e-commerce angle
- HubSpot if you already use HubSpot CRM
- Twilio or EZ Texting for SMS-only
- Constant Contact for a simpler small-business focus
Most of these can be paired with Lead Forms (Meta Instant Forms) via Zapier or a direct integration to route Flamel-captured leads into your email or SMS tool.
