Onboard, transfer, merge, and close franchise workspaces. Every task includes a click-by-click Scribe.
For Hub admins (franchisor). Workspace owners can't run these operations — switch to the Hub context first (top-left switcher).

New franchisee signs and goes live. Create workspace, location, social connections, ad config, budget.
One owner running multiple locations. One user, multiple workspaces.
Ownership changes hands. Swap owner, reconnect socials, keep history.

Complete these in order for every new franchisee. Hub admin does steps 1–5; franchisee handles 6–7.
Create the workspace and owner account
Add the workspace under your Hub and invite the franchisee as Workspace Owner. Scribe ↗
Update the location table
Add the new location's address, phone, hours, neighborhoods, and any brand-specific custom variables. Scribe ↗
Connect socials, ad account & pixel
Connect Facebook/Instagram pages, link the brand's Meta ad account, and connect the brand pixel. Scribe ↗
Configure the Ad Configuration table
Set up audience types, default targeting, lead forms, and CTAs for the workspace. Scribe ↗
Set the monthly budget
Add the workspace to Flamel Billing and create a Stripe subscription at the agreed budget. Scribe ↗
Send the onboarding call link
Share the franchisee's Calendly link so they can book their 1:1 kickoff.
Franchisee: add payment method
The franchisee adds a card or ACH in Billing → Payment Method. Scribe ↗

Before you start
- Switch to Hub context (top-left switcher shows ShipWheel icon for Hub, Layers for Workspace)
- Have ready: franchisee's full name + email, location address + phone, agreed monthly budget
- For franchise transfers/closures: don't delete anything until you've confirmed active campaigns are stopped or moved
