Getting Started

Sign in, connect accounts, and ship your first content. Step-by-step setup for Hub admins and Workspace owners.

Hub = Franchise Brand or HQ. Workspace = Franchisee or Store Location

New to the Hub/Workspace model? Start with the Glossary and The Switcher. They kill most early confusion.

Pick your role below to follow the right setup path.

Your operations live in Franchise Operations, which holds the full onboarding workflow.

Onboard a new workspace

Connected Accounts onboarding

Create the workspace and invite its owner. Follow the setup walkthrough for the full flow.

Update the Location table

Open Locations and fill in the workspace's address, hours, neighborhoods, and any custom variables. These values feed personalization tokens like {{location_name}} across posts and ads.

Connect socials, ad account, and pixel

Playbook shop where workspace owners opt into their first campaign

Go to Connected Accounts and connect Facebook first — Instagram Business pulls in through Facebook. Then connect the ad account and pixel. A green status means the connection is live.

Configure the Ad Configuration table

Organic calendar as first content creation step for workspace owners

Open Ad Configuration for the workspace and set the audience types, ad defaults, and lead forms. This becomes the baseline every playbook inherits at deploy time.

Set the workspace's budget

Open Billing for the workspace and set its monthly ad budget. This caps how much the location can spend across all opted-in playbooks.

Share the onboarding Calendly link so the franchisee can book their 1:1 kickoff call. This is the handoff that moves the workspace from Hub-managed setup to owner-managed operation.

Day-to-day surfaces

After onboarding, your recurring work lives in Playbooks, Command Center, Billing, Google Reviews, and Analytics.

Connect your social accounts

Open Connected Accounts and connect Facebook first — Instagram Business pulls in through Facebook. Then add LinkedIn, TikTok, or X as needed. A green status means the account is working.

Add a payment method

Go to Billing, then Payment Method, and add a card or ACH account. Your Hub admin may send you a setup link to do this directly.

Opt into your first playbook

Go to Paid Social Ads, then Playbooks, then Shop. Pick a playbook, work through the launch checklist, then choose Submit and Deploy. See the opt-in walkthrough for the full flow.

Create your first organic post

Go to Organic Social, then Calendar. Click a day, write your caption, attach media, and pick the accounts to post to. Then schedule or publish.

Day-to-day surfaces

Your recurring work lives in Calendar, Comments and Inbox, My Playbooks, Billing, and Analytics.
