Solutions Overview
A clear guide to every Flamel solution, what it does, and what must be connected before you start.
Flamel is organized into solutions for the different parts of multi-location marketing. Your subscription determines which solutions are available to your Hub, and your permissions determine which ones appear in your account.
Start with the summary below. Every solution name links directly to its full guide.
Choose the Right Solution
| Solution | Use It To | Before You Start |
|---|---|---|
| Organic Social | Plan, create, schedule, publish, and analyze social content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. Hubs can distribute content while each workspace keeps its local calendar and accounts. | Connect at least one social account. |
| Paid Social Ads | Build reusable Meta campaign Playbooks, let workspaces opt in, and manage budgets, creative, leads, and performance across locations. | Connect the workspace's Meta ad account and complete its Ad Configuration. |
| Google Ads | View Google campaign performance, monitor spend, and attribute campaigns to the correct workspace. | Connect a Google Ads account with access to the location's campaigns. |
| Google Business Profile | Keep business details, hours, photos, and Google posts accurate for each location. | Connect a Google account with Owner or Manager access to the Business Profile. |
| Google Reviews | Monitor ratings, read reviews across the network, and reply in the brand's voice. | Connect the location's Google Business Profile. |
| Blog | Plan, write, optimize, schedule, and publish search-friendly blog content with AI assistance. | Configure the blog domain and publishing connection for the workspace. |
| Create announcements, offers, newsletters, and follow-up campaigns, then segment audiences and track results. | Enable Email and add or import subscribers. A completed Brand Kit keeps templates on-brand. | |
| NPS Surveys | Send customer satisfaction surveys, track scores by location, and follow up with detractors. | Enable NPS, configure the Hub program, and import or sync customer contacts. |
| Files | Give every workspace access to approved documents, training materials, brand guidelines, and downloadable asset packs. | A Hub admin uploads and organizes the shared library. |
How Access Works
If You Do Not See a Solution
Solutions are enabled for each Hub based on its subscription. Hub admins then control user access in Permissions. If a solution is missing, ask your Hub admin or Flamel support whether it is enabled for your Hub and role.
The same solution can look different depending on your context:
- Hub admins manage the network-wide strategy, settings, shared content, and reporting.
- Workspace owners manage their location's accounts, content, customers, and results.
- Use The Switcher to move between Hub and Workspace views when your account has access to both.
Common Setups
Most customers use a combination of solutions rather than every solution at once.
| Customer Type | Common Starting Point |
|---|---|
| Single location | Organic Social plus one paid channel, with Google Business Profile and Reviews for local visibility. |
| Multi-location franchise | Organic Social, Paid Social Ads, Google solutions, and Reviews managed across one Hub and many workspaces. |
| Franchisor or agency | Shared Playbooks, content distribution, reporting, Files, and governance across multiple brands and locations. |
