Close a Workspace

Permanently remove a workspace that is no longer active in your hub.

For Hub Admins

Workspace deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep (analytics, media, post history) before you close a workspace.

Before You Start

Review the workspace and export any records you want to keep. Common exports:

  • Analytics reports
  • Media assets
  • Content history
  • Scheduled content

Once a workspace is deleted, this information cannot be recovered.

Close the Workspace

Disconnect Accounts

Hub Workspaces roster

Open Connected Accounts and disconnect every connected social account. Then cancel the workspace's Stripe subscription so recurring charges stop after closure. This prevents future publishing attempts and keeps connections tidy.

Remove or Unassign Users

Go to Hub > Users. Remove the user if they are leaving the network entirely, or unassign the workspace if they still manage other locations. Verify no one needs access before continuing.

Review Workspace Variables

Open Workspace Variables and remove or update any information tied to the closing location. This keeps reporting and location data accurate across the network.

Delete the Workspace

  1. Go to Hub > Workspaces and open the workspace.
  2. Open Workspace Settings.
  3. Click Delete Workspace and confirm.

Last Chance to Back Out

Once confirmed, the workspace is permanently removed.
