Close a workspace

Permanently shut down a location — stop billing, disconnect, delete.

For Hub admins — destructive action

Workspace deletion removes post history, analytics, and media permanently. Export first if you need records.

Before you start

Export data before any deletion

Pull an analytics CSV, download your media library, and review the post calendar before you delete anything. Once the workspace is gone, this data cannot be recovered.

Close the workspace

Stop active playbooks and campaigns

Workspace roster with row actions

Switch into the closing workspace, open Paid Social Ads, then Playbooks, and cancel any active opt-ins. Confirm campaigns have stopped in Meta Ads Manager.

Pause or cancel the billing subscription

Go to Billing, then Budgets and pause or cancel the workspace's Stripe subscription. Pausing stops the next invoice without losing the subscription; cancelling is permanent.

Export data you need

Pull the analytics CSV, download media library files, and review the content calendar. This is your last chance to save any records.

Disconnect social accounts

Open Connected Accounts and disconnect every platform. This prevents Flamel from attempting to post to accounts that may be deactivated.

Remove or unassign the user

Go to Organization, then User Seats and remove the franchisee entirely (if they are leaving the network) or unassign them from this workspace only (if they own other locations).

Delete the workspace

Go to Organization, then Workspaces, open the workspace, then Settings, then Delete Workspace. Confirm.

Clean up the Location and Ad Configuration rows

Remove the closed location from Hub Locations and from the Ad Configuration table so it does not appear in targeting or reports.
