Login issues

Fix Flamel login problems: password resets, 2FA, locked accounts, browser fixes, and SSO.

Can't get into Flamel? Work through the section that matches your symptom. Each fix is a short sequence of steps.

Before you start

Have your account email handy and confirm you are on the correct Flamel sign-in page. If you manage more than one Flamel account, make sure you are trying to sign in with the right one.

Forgot password

Open the reset flow

On the login page, click Forgot Password?.

Enter your account email

Type the email address tied to your Flamel account, then submit.

Open the reset email

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the password reset email.

Link expires

The reset link is valid for 24 hours. If it has expired, start the Forgot Password flow again to get a fresh link.

Set a new password

Follow the link and choose a new password.

Reset email not arriving?

Confirm you entered the exact email on your account, and check spam. If it still does not arrive, contact support at support@flamel.ai.

"Invalid email or password"

Check your email for typos

Re-type the email slowly and confirm there are no extra spaces or misspellings.

Rule out caps lock

Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure caps lock is off before retyping.

Confirm the right account

If you have multiple Flamel accounts, double-check you are signing into the correct one.

Reset the password

If you are still unsure, run the Forgot Password flow above to set a known-good password.

Account locked

Why this happens

Too many failed sign-in attempts trigger a temporary lock that protects your account.

Wait for the lock to clear

The lock auto-expires after 15 to 30 minutes. Wait it out, then try again.

Or reset your password

Running the Forgot Password flow also unlocks the account immediately.

Still locked after an hour?

If you cannot get in after an hour, contact support at support@flamel.ai.

2FA problems

Lost your authenticator app

Contact support at support@flamel.ai. After verifying your identity, the team will reset two-factor authentication on your account.

Codes not working

Work through these checks in order:

  • Set your phone's time to automatic. Clock drift breaks time-based codes (TOTP).
  • Wait for the next 30-second code and enter that one.
  • Do not reuse a backup code you have already used.

Browser issues

If the page loads but sign-in keeps failing, your browser may be holding stale data. Try each fix in order until you are in.

Clear cache and cookies

Open your browser settings, go to Clear browsing data, and clear Cookies plus Cached files. Then reload the login page.

Try a different browser

Attempt to sign in from Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge to rule out a browser-specific problem.

Disable extensions

Turn off browser extensions, especially ad-blockers and privacy tools, which can block the login request.

Open an incognito window

A private or incognito window bypasses cached authentication and is a quick way to confirm the issue is browser state.

SSO

Use the SSO button

Click the single sign-on (SSO) button rather than typing a password.

Confirm your org account is active

Make sure your organization account is still active and has not been suspended.

Sign in to your provider first

Sign into Google or Microsoft directly, then return and try Flamel again.
