Sign-in Links and Login Help
Sign in from an invitation, get a new link when yours expires, reset your password, and fix common sign-in errors.
Who This Guide Is For
Use this guide if you received a Flamel invitation or cannot get back into your account. To give someone else access, follow Invite Users.
A sign-in link is a personal link in an email. Clicking it signs you into Flamel without a password. Invitations and password resets both use one.
Choose How to Sign In
| What you have | What to do | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| An invitation or a resent login email | Open the link in the email. | 7 days. Works once. |
| A password-reset email | Open the link and choose a new password. | 24 hours. Works once. |
| A password you already set | Go to Sign In and enter your email and password. | No link needed. |
| A Google account with your Flamel email | Choose Google on the sign-in page and pick the matching account. | No link needed. |
Keep sign-in links private. Anyone who opens your link is signed in as you.
First Sign-In From an Invitation
Open the Link in Your Email
Open the link in the email we sent you. Check spam if you cannot find it. The link opens the hub or workspace you were given.
Set a Password or Skip
If you have never set a password, the Welcome page asks you to create one. Accept the terms, enter a password of at least eight characters twice, and click Set Password. If you plan to sign in with Google, choose Skip for now.
A password reset always requires a new password.
Check Your Workspace
Look at the workspace name in the Switcher. If the one you need is missing, ask your hub admin to check your access. Bookmark the sign-in page for next time. Your invitation link will not work again.
Your Link Expired
Open the expired link. If it can be replaced, you will see This link has expired and a Send me a new link button. Click it once, then check your inbox and spam folder. The new link goes to the same email address and only works if you still have access.
You can ask for a new link for up to 7 days after the old one expires. Each link can be replaced once. After that, sign in with your password or Google, ask a hub admin to resend your login email, or reset your password below.
What the Message Means
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| This link was already used | Each link works once. If you are already signed in, open Flamel normally. If not, use your password or Google, or ask for a new login email. |
| This link is not valid or Invalid or expired magic link | The link is incomplete, changed, or too old. Open the full link from the original email, or ask for a new one. |
| Ask for a new staff link | Ask a Flamel administrator for a new link. Staff links cannot be replaced from this page. |
| Your account is disabled or access is unavailable | Contact your hub admin or support. A new link or password does not restore removed access. |
| You are signed in but the workspace is missing | Check the Switcher, then ask your hub admin to check your email address and workspace access. |
Forgot Your Password
You can set a password this way even if you have only ever signed in with Google.
Request a Reset
Go to Sign In, choose I forgot my password, and enter the email address on your Flamel account.
Open the Reset Email
Check your inbox and spam folder. The link lasts 24 hours and works once. If it expired, use Send me a new link on the expired page, or start the reset again.
Choose a New Password
Enter the same password in both fields and click Set Password. Use at least eight characters.
No Email Arrived
Check spam and quarantine folders. Confirm with your hub admin that your email address is correct. If your company filters automated email, ask your email administrator to look for the message. If you still have nothing, ask a hub admin to use Resend login email, or start a new password reset. Do not keep reopening the same link.
If the page tells you to wait because of too many requests, wait a few minutes and try again.
Password, Google, or Browser Problems
Check your email address for typos. Passwords are case sensitive. If you do not know your password, reset it. For Google, pick the Google account that matches your Flamel email.
If the page hangs, try a private window. If that works, clear Flamel's site data in your normal browser and turn off extensions that might block the page.
Still Stuck?
Email support@flamel.ai with your account email, the hub or workspace you expect, the exact error, and when the link arrived. Say whether it was an invitation or a password reset. Never send your password or a working sign-in link. If you attach a screenshot, hide the address bar.
