Connection Expired

A connection turned red and posting stopped. Reconnect it fast, and avoid the one mistake that breaks your other workspaces.

A social connection turns red when the platform can no longer trust the access Flamel was granted, usually after a password change, a security review, or a long stretch of inactivity. Posting pauses until you reconnect.

You will notice it as a red badge on the connection, a failed-post notification, or a dashboard alert.

Connection still green but a post failed?

If the Meta card is green and only posts to one specific Page fail, the connection has not expired. The Page was most likely never granted to Flamel at login. See A post failed: Page not connected.

Reconnect in Three Steps

Open Connected Accounts

Go to studio.flamel.ai/accounts and find the connection with the red badge.

Click Renew Login

On the affected card (for Facebook and Instagram, the Meta card), click Renew Login and sign in with the same admin account you used originally.

Re-Select Everything and Approve

Re-authorize, then approve. Posts that failed while the connection was down retry automatically.

Select All Your Pages, Every Time

For Facebook and Instagram, the selection is global per login. If you reconnect and select fewer Pages than before, Facebook strips access to the rest, across all your workspaces. Always choose Opt in to all current and future so you never accidentally cut off another workspace.

Need The Full Meta Walkthrough?

Reconnecting Facebook and Instagram uses the exact same Meta screens as connecting for the first time, with a screenshot for every step.
