Facebook (#100): Page Not Connected
Facebook post failed with (#100) does not resolve to a valid user ID. Reconnect and select the Page.
Error: (#100) 0 does not resolve to a valid user ID
Your Facebook post failed even though the connection still looks green. The Page was never granted to Flamel at login (common when a location has its own Page separate from the brand Page).
Reconnect and select the Page:
Switch into the affected workspace and open studio.flamel.ai/accounts.
On the Facebook account, click ... then Remove Account.
Click Connect Facebook and sign in with an admin of the Page you want to post to.
On the Page-selection screen you have two options (pick one):
- Option 1, recommended: Opt in to all current and future Pages. Most flexible: Flamel automatically gets any Page you add later, so a new workspace can never accidentally cut off an existing one. You never have to remember to re-select Pages.
- Option 2: Select Pages manually, but select EVERY Page you want Flamel to access across all workspaces, not just the one you are fixing. Confirm the Page you need is checked.
Back in Flamel, confirm the Page shows green, then reschedule the post.
Facebook access is global per login
Whatever you select becomes the complete list of Pages Flamel can access. If you select fewer Pages than before, Facebook removes access to the rest across all your workspaces. Option 1 avoids this risk entirely; with Option 2 you must re-select every Page every time.
