Integrations

Connect third-party tools like Mindbody so customer, location, and scheduling data flows between those systems and Flamel.

For Hub admins

Integrations are set at the Hub. Workspaces inherit the connections you configure here, so you only connect a tool once for every location.

Open Manage, then Integrations to connect third-party tools like Mindbody and keep customer, location, and scheduling data flowing between those systems and Flamel.

What integrations do

Integrations move data in three directions:

  • Pull in: customer lists, location data, and scheduling info from your external system into Flamel.
  • Push out: leads to your CRM and analytics to your reporting tools.
  • Two-way sync: keep external systems and Flamel consistent in both directions.

Available now

Mindbody

For fitness, wellness, and similar businesses. Once connected, Mindbody syncs:

  • Client data into ad targeting audiences.
  • Location info into automatic location records.
  • Membership status and behavior into audience segments (for example, "lapsed members" for win-back campaigns).

Connect an integration

Open Manage, then Integrations

Integrations settings

Go to Manage, then Integrations, pick the integration you want, and click Connect.

Authorize Flamel in the external service

You will be sent to the external tool (such as Mindbody) to sign in and grant access. Review the requested permissions before approving.

Configure the sync

Choose which data syncs, how often it runs, and how fields map between the two systems.

Confirm it is Active

Once authorization and configuration finish, the status flips to Active and syncing begins.

Verify the first sync

After activation, check Manage, then Integrations after a few minutes to confirm the status shows Active and no errors appear. A failed first sync usually means a field mapping needs adjustment.

Sync settings

Each integration has its own controls:

  • What data syncs.
  • Cadence (an automatic schedule or a manual trigger).
  • Field mapping.

Need fresh data right away

Use Sync Now on the integration to pull the latest data on demand instead of waiting for the next scheduled run.

Disconnect an integration

Open the integration

From Manage, then Integrations, open the integration you want to turn off.

Click Disconnect

This stops all future syncing. Data already imported (audiences, locations) remains in Flamel.

Data and privacy

Review permissions and your privacy policy

Review the permissions requested during authorization. Most integrations request only the minimum data needed. If you import customer data, make sure your privacy policy covers Flamel as a data processor.
