Enable payment alerts
Turn on email notifications when ad account payment issues are detected across your franchise network. Payment issues with Meta ad accounts can pause campaigns unexpectedly, so these alerts help you stay ahead of billing problems before they interrupt advertising.
Toggle on payment alerts
Switch on the payment alerts setting. Once enabled, your Hub receives an email whenever a workspace's ad account hits a payment issue.
Media review email recipients
Recipients you set here are always notified when a workspace submits a playbook opt-in for review. Individual playbooks can add more recipients on top, but they cannot remove the ones set here.
Choose Hub admin recipients
Select which Hub admins should receive media review emails.

Add additional email recipients
Add any extra email addresses that should receive media review notifications, on top of the Hub admins you selected.
