Opting into playbooks
How franchisees discover, opt into, and manage Hub-published playbooks, step by step.
For Workspace owners (franchisees)
Playbooks are pre-built campaigns your Hub designed. You provide your details (budget, media, schedule, answers) and Flamel deploys them to Meta automatically. This page is the click-by-click flow for opting in.
Opt into a playbook
Find a published playbook

Go to Paid Social Ads, then Playbooks, then Shop. This shows everything your Hub has published. Each card tells you what the campaign does and how much room you have to customize it:
- Name and description: what the campaign does and when to use it.
- Objective: Awareness, Traffic, Leads, Sales, or Engagement.
- Budget: Recommended (you can adjust) or Fixed (you cannot).
- Schedule: a date range, or "Flexible" if you pick the dates.
- Type badge: Evergreen (re-runnable) versus One-Time.
No playbooks showing?
Your Hub has not published any yet. Reach out to your Hub admin.
Click Opt In
On the playbook card, click Opt In to open the launch checklist. The sections you see depend on what your Hub configured, so you may not see every section below.
Set your schedule

You will see a Schedule section only if the playbook is evergreen or your Hub lets the workspace pick dates. Choose your start and end dates here.
Set your budget
You will see a Budget section only if the budget is customizable. Pick a budget within the range your Hub defined.
Choose your creative source
Pick where the ad media comes from: Playbook media (provided by your Hub), your own media, or a boosted post.
Upload your media
If you chose your own media, an upload section appears for workspace-level creatives. Add the images or video you want to run.
Answer any questions
If your Hub added questions, answer them here. Required questions cannot be skipped.
Review and deploy
The Review section is always last. Confirm everything, then click Submit & Deploy. Flamel creates the campaign in your Meta ad account.
Creative review
If your Hub requires creative review, your status stays at In Review until they approve.
What you can and cannot change
Your control within a playbook
You can pick your budget (within Hub-defined ranges), pick your schedule (for evergreen or flexible playbooks), upload your own media (when allowed), and adjust your targeting radius in Ad Configuration.
You cannot change the audience type or detailed targeting, change the campaign objective, skip required questions, or edit Hub-locked Ad Configuration settings.
To get more control, ask your Hub admin to grant the paid_ads_management permission to your role.
After deployment
Open Playbooks, then My Playbooks to:
- See current status (Active, Paused, Completed, and so on).
- View per-playbook analytics.
- Open the campaign in Meta Ads Manager for finer edits.
- Stop or re-run evergreen playbooks.

My campaign is performing well, can I extend it? Use Command Center for budget extensions (Hub admin). For schedule changes, edit in Meta Ads Manager, or re-opt-in if the playbook is evergreen.
