Command Center
Cross-workspace view of every campaign with bulk pause, budget, and schedule controls.
For Hub admins
Command Center is the network-wide view across every workspace. Workspace owners see only their own campaigns, not the cross-workspace roll-up.
Open Command Center
Go to the Command Center

From the main navigation, open Paid Social Ads, choose Analyze, then click Command Center. This loads every campaign across all of your workspaces in one table.
Or open it scoped to one playbook

From any playbook detail page, click Command Center. The table opens pre-filtered to just that playbook's campaigns, which is the fastest way to focus on a single promotion.
Update ad set schedules in bulk
Select the campaigns to change
In the Command Center table, check the campaigns whose schedule you want to update. You can select campaigns across multiple workspaces at once.
Choose Update Schedule
With your campaigns selected, click the bulk Update Schedule action.
Set the new end date
Pick the new end date and confirm. The schedule change applies to every selected ad set immediately.
Shift budgets in bulk
Select the campaigns
Check the campaigns you want to re-budget in the Command Center table.
Choose Adjust Budgets
Click the bulk Adjust Budgets action.
Apply a percentage or dollar change
Choose whether to shift budgets by a percentage or a fixed dollar amount, then confirm. Updates apply to the selected campaigns immediately.
Pause or activate campaigns
Select the campaigns
Check the campaigns you want to pause or restart.
Click Pause or Activate
Use the bulk Pause or Activate action. This is the quickest way to halt (or resume) a promotion across the entire network in a single click.
Verify a new location after onboarding
Filter to the playbook
Open Command Center scoped to the relevant playbook (or filter the table to it).
Confirm the new workspace's campaigns appear
Look for the newly onboarded workspace's campaigns in the table.
Campaigns missing?
If the new location's campaigns do not show up, recheck the onboarding workflow: confirm the workspace has a complete Ad Configuration and is in scope for the playbook.
Build a custom dashboard
Create a new dashboard
Click New Dashboard and give it a name.
Pick metrics and filters
Choose the metrics you want to track, then filter to specific workspaces or playbooks.
Save and reuse it
Save the dashboard so you can return to it. Dashboards are useful for daily monitoring of active campaigns, per-region or per-playbook performance, and stakeholder reporting (export to CSV).
Make Command Center a daily habit
Check Command Center daily while campaigns are live, since underperforming campaigns waste budget every hour. Filter to what needs attention first (high cost-per-result, low spend, or paused campaigns), and diagnose before acting: a high cost-per-result could be targeting, creative fatigue, or seasonality, and each has a different fix. Set up Alerts so you do not have to remember to check.
