Who Sees What?
This page is for workspace owners. Open My Playbooks to see your runs. Hub admins use Managing Playbooks.
After you opt in, each run has its own dates, budget, and status. Open a run to see spend so far and the live campaign.
To pause, resume, or change the run, use Edit an opt-in.
If the Hub must approve the playbook, the run stays on Awaiting Review until they approve it. Needs Revision means update the submission and resubmit. See Waiting on Hub review.
Statuses
These labels describe the Flamel run, not Meta's campaign status.

|---|---|
| Draft | Started, not submitted. |
| Queued | Waiting to launch. A future start may show the date. |
| Awaiting Review | Hub approval required. |
| Needs Revision | Hub asked for changes. Resubmit. |
| Launching | Flamel is building the campaign. |
| Running | Ads are live. |
| Paused | Ads are stopped. Resume or Keep Paused. |
| Finished | Reached its end date. |
| Launch Failed | Could not create the campaign. Retry or contact support. |
