No Approval Required
When a playbook does not need Hub approval, your opt-in deploys as soon as you submit it. Here is what to expect.
Submit your opt-in
Finish the opt-in and submit. There is no waiting for approval, it goes straight to launch.
It starts deploying
In My Playbooks the status shows Deploying while Flamel builds your campaign. If you chose a future start date, it shows Scheduled until that date.
It goes live
When the campaign is created, the status becomes Running.
View or update your opt-in
Reopen the opt-in from My Playbooks to see the settings you submitted. You can still update things like media, budget, and schedule after it is live.
Changes to a live opt-in
When you update a running opt-in, the change is applied to your live campaign automatically. No new approval is needed.
Later on
A campaign can be Paused and resumed, reach its end date and show Finished, or show Launch Failed if something went wrong (you can retry it).
When to ask for help
If an opt-in stays on Launch Failed after a retry, or a status does not look right, contact your Hub Admin or Flamel Support.
