Workspace media opt-ins

Upload and edit your location's own creative during a playbook opt-in: crop images, trim videos, mute audio, and add overlays.

When this applies

Workspace media opt-ins are available when the Hub has set the creative source to Workspace-Level on a playbook. You upload your own localized images or videos, and the Hub reviews them before your campaign deploys.

Upload and edit your creative

Open the media upload step

During opt-in, reach the Creative section of the launch checklist. You will see an upload area for each ad in the playbook.

Drag files into the upload area or click to browse. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP (images) and MP4, MOV (videos). Max 8MB per file. Upload at least one file per ad.

Crop or resize images

Add an overlay (if available)

If your Hub provided a branded overlay, you can place it on top of a single uploaded image. This applies to Manual ad single-image creatives. Contact support@flamel.ai to use overlays with other creative types.

Submit your creative for review

Once all ad slots are filled, continue through the checklist and click Submit and Deploy. Your media goes to the Hub for review. The campaign deploys once the Hub approves it.

Hub review

If your Hub requests changes, you will get an email with feedback. Click Update and Resubmit in My Playbooks to replace your media and re-send for approval.
