Permissions
Toggle features network-wide and control what your workspaces see on Connected Accounts.
For Hub admins
Roles say what users can do; permissions say whether features exist at all. When you switch a permission off here, the feature disappears from Flamel for every user in your network, not just one workspace.
Turn features on or off network-wide
Open the Permissions tab
From the Organization area, open the Permissions tab. You will see two groups of toggles: Media Integrations and Workspace Visibility.
Set your Media Integrations
These toggles control access to external media sources and AI tools. Turn each one on to make it available, or off to remove it from the Media area entirely.
- Pexels Stock Photos: access to the Pexels stock photo library inside Media.
- Giphy Integration: access to the Giphy GIF and sticker library.
- Media Generation: access to AI-powered image generation tools.
Off means gone for everyone
When a Media Integration is disabled, the feature disappears from Flamel for all users across your network. This is not a per-workspace setting.
Set your Workspace Visibility
These toggles control which sections workspaces see on their Connected Accounts page. Turn each one on to show that section to workspace owners, or off to hide it.
- Meta Ad Account: show the Meta Ad Account configuration section.
- Meta Pixel: show the Meta Pixel selection dropdown.
- Payment Status: show payment issue banners when a problem is detected.
Confirm what workspaces see
Your changes take effect across the network. Have a workspace owner open their Connected Accounts page to confirm the sections you toggled now appear or hide as expected.
