Invite Users
Send email invites to new users, set their role and workspace access, and track pending invitations.
For Hub admins
Inviting a user sends them an email to join your organization. To manage people who have already joined, use Seats.
The Invite Users tab shows your pending invitations and is where you send new ones. New invites stay here until the person accepts, at which point they move to Seats.
Send an invite
Open the invite form
On the Invite Users tab, click Add User to open the invite dialog.

Enter the email address
Type the email address where the invitation should be sent. The user receives an email with a link to join your organization.
Choose a role
Pick the role the person will have once they join.

| Super Admin | Full access to all organization settings, users, and workspaces |
| Admin | Manage workspaces and users, but not billing |
| Editor | Create and publish content in assigned workspaces |
| Viewer | Read-only access to content and analytics |
Select workspaces
Choose the workspaces the new user can access. Use Select All, or search and check individual workspaces one at a time.
Send the invite
Click to send. The invite appears in the pending list with the email address and chosen role.
Pending invites
Each pending invite stays in the list until it is accepted. From here you can resend or revoke an invite that has not been accepted yet. Once the user accepts, they appear as an active user under Seats.
Roles and access can change later
The role and workspace access you choose at invite time are not permanent. You can adjust both from the Seats tab after the person joins.
