Guests

Read-only links for agencies, clients, and external reviewers.

For Hub admins

Guests do not count toward your seats and cannot create or edit content. Use guest links to give agencies, clients, or external reviewers a read-only window into your work.

Guest links grant scoped, read-only access to your organization's Media, Upload, Organic Calendar, Organic Posts, and Organic Analytics.

Guest access showing configured guest links with views and workspace access

Click Create Guest

From the Guests area of your Organization settings, click Create Guest to open the new guest link form.

Enter a Name to identify this guest link (for example, the agency or reviewer it belongs to). This is how the link appears in your guest list later.

Choose the views they can access

Under Views, pick which areas this guest can open: Calendar, Posts, Media, Upload, and Analytics. Only the views you select are visible to the guest.

Select the workspaces they can see

Under Workspaces, choose which workspaces (locations) this guest is allowed to view. The guest only ever sees the workspaces you grant here.

Pick the campaigns they can view

Under Campaigns, select which campaigns the guest can see. This keeps the link focused on the work you want to share.

Set the time period

Under Months, choose the time period the guest can access. This limits the calendar and analytics history visible through the link.

Save to generate the read-only link. Share it with your agency, client, or reviewer. They can browse the views you granted but cannot create or edit anything.

Review the guest list

The guest list shows every configured guest link along with its views and workspace access, so you can see at a glance who has access to what.

Edit or remove a guest

Click the ... menu on any guest link to edit its settings (views, workspaces, campaigns, or months) or remove the link entirely. Removing a link revokes access immediately.
