Workspace billing
View your budget, manage payment methods, and see invoice history.
For Workspace owners (franchisees)
Your Hub sets your monthly advertising budget. You control the payment method on file and you can see every invoice.
Your billing dashboard
Open Billing to see your money at a glance. The dashboard surfaces four numbers:
- Current Budget: your monthly advertising budget, set by the hub.
- Amount Spent: how much of your budget has been used this cycle.
- Amount Remaining: how much budget is left for the current period.
- Next Invoice Date: when your next charge will occur.
Add or update your payment method
You need a payment method on file to receive invoices. Your hub admin may send you a setup link; if so, click it and follow the prompts. Otherwise, follow these steps.
Open your payment settings

Go to Billing, then select Payment Method.
Add a card or bank account

Choose Add a card for a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and others), or bank account to pay by ACH. Enter the details and save.
Update an existing method
To replace a card or bank account, open the Stripe billing portal from the same page and update your payment details there.
Set the billing email
Update the billing email so invoice notifications land in the right inbox. This is where every invoice and payment receipt is sent.
Keep your billing email current
The billing email is where invoices and payment-failure alerts are delivered. If your accounts payable contact changes, update it here so nothing gets missed.
View your budget
The Monthly Budget page shows how your spend tracks against your budget:
- A visual tracker of your spend versus your budget.
- A breakdown of committed spend from active playbooks.
- Recent budget changes and their history.
Increase your budget
If you need more advertising budget, you have two options. Pick based on whether the need is ongoing or just for this month.
Choose a permanent increase (Increase Monthly Budget)
Select Increase Monthly Budget when you want a sustained, ongoing lift in your advertising spend. Your subscription updates, your recurring monthly charge rises, and all future invoices reflect the new amount.
Or choose a one-time increase (One-Time Increase)
Select One-Time Increase when you need extra budget for a specific campaign, promotion, or seasonal push. This adds a single additional charge for the current month only; your regular monthly amount stays the same.
Invoice history
Open Billing, then Invoices, to see all of your past and current invoices. Each row carries a status:

| Paid | Payment was successful |
| Open | Invoice is generated but not yet paid |
| Failed | Payment was attempted but failed (you may need to update your payment method) |
| Void | Invoice was canceled by the hub |
For each invoice you can Download the invoice PDF for your records, or View in Stripe for the detailed receipt.
If a payment fails
Check your payment method
Confirm your card has not expired and that there are sufficient funds (or that your bank account is in good standing).
Update the method if needed
Go to Billing, then Payment Method, and add or correct your card or bank account.
Let the system retry
Once a valid method is on file, the system automatically retries the payment. No further action is needed.
Still failing?
If the payment keeps failing after you have updated your method, contact your hub admin for assistance.
