Post Editor

Write once, customize per platform, preview, and schedule your social posts.

The Post Editor is where you turn an idea into a published post. Workspaces post to their own connected accounts using New Post. Hubs get New Broadcast as well, so a single post can fan out to every workspace at once.

Who sees what

Workspaces post to their own accounts via New Post. Hubs also see New Broadcast, which distributes one post to every workspace's connected accounts.

How publishing works for you

You can publish two ways:

  • New Post publishes to your hub's own connected accounts (if any).
  • New Broadcast distributes the post to every workspace's connected accounts.

For broadcasts, see the full Broadcasts page. It covers workspace filtering, timing options (Same Time, Staggered, or Local Time), and how variables resolve per workspace.

New Post publishes to your local connected accounts. You will never see broadcasts inside your editor. Those come from your hub and appear read-only on your calendar.

For the step-by-step walkthrough, see Creating posts.

How to build a post

The editor is organized into three working areas. Work through them left to right to go from a blank canvas to a scheduled post.

Add your media

post editor screen

Use the media panel on the left to upload, arrange, and edit images and videos. Drag items to reorder them, and trim or crop right inside the panel.

Write your caption

In the center caption editor, write your text and add hashtags. You can call on Luna AI to draft, rewrite, or polish the caption without leaving the editor.

Pick your accounts

In the account selector on the right, choose the destination accounts and configure per-platform settings. The editor previews how the post will look on each platform you select.

Schedule or publish

Publish now or pick a date and time to schedule. Once scheduled, the post lands on your Calendar where you can review or adjust it.

Media and character reference

Each platform enforces its own media and caption limits, and the editor warns you before you exceed them.

MediaFormatsLimit
ImagesJPG, PNG, WebP, GIF10 per post
VideosMP4, MOV1 per post, up to 60 minutes
PlatformCharacter limit
Instagram2,200

LinkedIn3,000

TikTok2,200

After publishing

Once a post goes live, you can track and manage it across Flamel.

Troubleshooting

Failed to publish

This usually means an expired connection. Reconnect the account and try again.

Media rejected

The file does not match the platform's ratio or format rules. Check them in Platform settings.

Caption too long

You hit a platform-specific limit. The editor flags this before you publish, so trim your caption to the limit shown in the reference table above.
