Creating posts
Build a post step by step: add media, write the caption, pick accounts, then schedule or publish.
Add media
Drag and drop your files directly into the media panel, or click to browse and pull from your existing Brand Kit and uploaded media.

For carousels, drag the thumbnails to reorder them. The first image is the one that shows in feeds.
Click the edit icon on any image to crop, add text overlays, apply filters, or pull assets from your Brand Kit.
Write the caption
Type your caption directly, or click the Luna button for AI help. Luna can generate caption options, improve text you have already written, add hashtags, and translate.
Watch the character count
Each platform has its own caption limit (see Platform settings). The editor warns you when you get close to the cap.
Add personalization variables (Hub broadcasts only)
When you send a Hub broadcast to multiple locations, drop in variables so each workspace gets its own details filled in automatically:

Select where it posts
For a Hub broadcast, pick account types (Instagram, Facebook, and so on). The post goes out to every workspace's account of that type.
Then choose which workspaces receive it: All, by Workspace Group, or a hand-picked Selected list.
Pick from your own connected accounts. Only the accounts connected to your workspace appear here.
Configure per-platform settings
Set tags, alt text, location, and cross-posting options. Each platform has its own controls, covered in Platform settings.
Preview before you post
Click each platform tab in the preview panel to confirm everything looks right before you publish:
- Exact appearance in the feed
- How carousels swipe
- Video thumbnails
- Where the caption truncates
Schedule or publish
Choose how to send your post:
- Publish Now: goes out immediately and posts within seconds.
- Schedule: pick a date and time. The calendar shows your existing schedule so you can space posts out.
- Save Draft: keep working on it later. Find it again in Drafts.
