Top Content

Your best-performing posts ranked by reach, engagement, or engagement rate — so you can identify patterns worth replicating.

Top Content shows your highest-performing posts in a ranked list. Use it to identify the specific posts (and the patterns behind them) that drove your best results.

Open Organic Social, then Analyze, then Top Content.

Ranking metrics

Choose which metric to rank by at the top of the page:

MetricBest for finding
EngagementPosts people interacted with most (likes, comments, shares, saves)
ReachPosts with the broadest distribution in feeds
Engagement ratePosts that resonated most regardless of reach — useful for comparing across accounts of different sizes
CommentsPosts that started conversations
SharesPosts people wanted to spread to their own networks
SavesPosts people found valuable enough to return to later

Filters

Narrow the ranked list using:

  • Time period: this week, this month, this quarter, year-to-date, or a custom range
  • Platform: all platforms, or a specific one (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)

Hub-level view

Hub admins see top content across all workspaces, with the option to filter by a single workspace or view the network-wide ranking.

The network view surfaces:

  • Network-wide hits: posts that performed well across multiple locations
  • Location-specific winners: posts that excelled at one workspace but not others — useful for understanding what works in specific markets
  • Replicable patterns: approaches from top workspaces that could be encoded into templates and distributed

Turn findings into action

Identify what the top posts have in common

Look for patterns: content type (video, carousel, image), caption length, time of day, whether a face is in the image, whether a specific offer was mentioned.

Build a template around those patterns

If short-form video consistently tops the list, build a template that encodes that format's structure. If posts mentioning a specific offer always outperform, make the offer language a customizable slot in the template.

Distribute to workspaces

Hub admins can distribute templates network-wide so every location benefits from what is working in your top performers.
